Jeremy Duval is the Mid-Michigan Office Manager, overseeing operations, project management, business development, and proposals. Since joining MTC in 2019 as a Project Coordinator, he has also served as a CMET Field Project Manager before stepping into his current role.

With a background in Civil Engineering Technology, Jeremy began his career as a CMET Engineering Technician in Indiana, steadily advancing into leadership roles. Over the years, he has managed teams, developed business strategies, and led projects across Michigan, Indiana, and Ohio. His passion for construction and engineering stems from his early work experience, and he thrives on the ever-changing nature of the industry, collaborating with teams, and tackling new challenges.

In 2022, Jeremy played a key role in launching MTC’s new Mid-Michigan office, helping establish operations in the region and strengthening MTC’s service offerings across the state.
