Nicholas is an accomplished professional engineer with over 20 years of experience in civil engineering, project management, and business development. After earning a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Michigan State University in 2002, he started his career with MTC, contributing to significant projects like the DeVos Place Convention Center and JW Marriott Hotel. In 2009, he was promoted to manager of the CMET Division, leading field and laboratory services for high-profile projects such as the DC Cook Nuclear Plant and Michigan State University’s athletic facilities. Nicholas furthered his education by earning an MBA from Ferris State University in 2016 and became a Vice President of MTC in 2019. In 2022, he took on the role of managing MTC’s West Michigan office, launching the company’s Renewable Energy Division in response to the growing demand for wind and solar energy. An Eagle Scout with a deep commitment to leadership, Nicholas continues to inspire others with his dedication to excellence, quality, and community involvement. He now leads MTC’s Business Development group, driving growth across core service areas.
